Educator & Designer
Having travelled for many years I returned to education as a mature student and am currently completing a joint honours degree in education & graphic design at the National College of Art & Design.
As I work toward becoming a certified art teacher, I am focused on guiding students in developing technical skills while encouraging them to think independently and express their unique perspectives.

Teaching Practice
During my time at the National College of Art & Design I have been fortunate enough to have a number of different school placement opportunities between primary and post-primary schools where I taught independently and as a team. To find out more head over to my teaching practice page, or just click read more on any of the schools photos.
Art Practice
As a graphic designer, I use art and design to visually communicate the messaging. Each project I work on, my primary focus is evoking a feeling through the senses, whether that be through the choice in colour, the texture, or the layout.
Research
A series of research studies relating to various avenues within the education system in Ireland. To read these papers head over to the research page.
